As a Certified SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), Developer and DevOps Engineer with more than 20 years of experience, I realized that only working with the DevOps tools which are very common today is not good enough to start a successful DevOps journey and you definitely NOT getting the desired benefit of it.  


In our daily assignment, we realize our client needs an organization with a new mindset, good collaboration between teams, and scalable and reliable cloud architecting. We believe a company that ignores DevOps as a new way of developing software is going to have not only hard to reshape in the future but also getting more technical debt and become slower which in the long term means loss of customers.


We at DevOpsify Sweden do not claim that we have a complete solution but we have a lot of experience and have been done this journey a couple of times and really want to help other companies do the same journey and get the benefit of it. Mikael is an experienced technical project manager in a wide variety of business applications. On a daily bases, he uses Azure DevOps tools, Azure Test Manager, and different kinds of Azure services. Marjaneh is a motivated and structured system developer with more than 20 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, such as .NET, C #, Java, Visual Studio, Eclipse, WCF, and SQL Server. Marjaneh believes the ability to have good communication and importantly be a part of Agile development teams is a very important key for a successful delivery.


Marjaneh is a distinct team player who works very well in teams, but she is also used to taking full responsibility and solving tasks on her own. She has extensive experience in translating needs and requirements into solutions, a developer with a broad knowledge of the whole system development process.

Martinez has more than 10 years of experience with Linux, Docker Container, Kubernetes, CI/CD, JSON, Angular, Git with a strong developer background.
